Quick answer: Roblox players in the United States can plan for two major Saturday updates on October 24, 2026. Facecard: Makeup Showdown lists its Halloween event for 11 a.m. Eastern / 8 a.m. Pacific. Pet Simulator 99 Update 99 is currently listed for 12 p.m. Eastern / 9 a.m. Pacific. Treat the second time as a schedule listing rather than a final developer confirmation, and check each game's official Roblox page before joining.
Facecard Halloween Update: Start Time in the United States
The Roblox event listing for Facecard: Makeup Showdown shows the Halloween event starting on Saturday, October 24 at 3 p.m. UTC—that converts to 11 a.m. ET, 10 a.m. CT, 9 a.m. MT and 8 a.m. PT.
The game's description focuses on makeup creation, hair, lashes, rhinestones, and voting on player looks. The developers have not published a detailed item-by-item Halloween update changelog in the sources reviewed for this article, so specific new cosmetics or limited rewards should be treated as unconfirmed until they appear in the game or an official announcement.
Important access note
At the time checked, the Facecard Roblox page displayed a 16+ age rating. Access restrictions can change, so players should read the current experience page and follow Roblox account eligibility rules rather than assuming every account can join.
Pet Simulator 99 Update 99: Start Time and What to Check
Current update trackers list Pet Simulator 99 Update 99 for Saturday, October 24 at 4 p.m. UTC, or 12 p.m. ET, 11 a.m. CT, 10 a.m. MT and 9 a.m. PT. However, the BIG Games developer blog did not show a dedicated Update 99 announcement among the posts visible during research. That means the start time is useful for planning, but readers should verify it close to launch.
Before the update, open the official Pet Simulator 99 experience page, check the game's description and update notices, and rejoin after the scheduled launch if the experience still shows the previous version. If the update is delayed, avoid relying on unofficial countdown screenshots alone.
More Roblox Customization Context
Roblox's platform-wide makeup system lets users mix and match looks, but that does not mean every Marketplace feature will be included in a particular experience's update. For background, read Roblox's official avatar makeup announcement.

What to Do Before Launch

- Update Roblox before the event, then restart the app if the new content does not appear.
- Join a few minutes early, but do not trust third-party links that promise free Robux, exclusive codes, or guaranteed rare pets.
- Wait for official patch notes before spending currency or trading based on rumored update contents.
