Quick answer: Animal Hospital is one of the nine Roblox experiences named for The Hollow, Roblox’s Halloween event dated for October 22, 2026. Roblox’s teaser and game-participation posts establish the event date and lineup, but they do not yet confirm an exact launch time, a full reward list, or the precise tasks players must complete inside Animal Hospital. Treat unannounced rewards as speculation until the game or Roblox publishes details.

What is confirmed about Animal Hospital in The Hollow?
Roblox’s The Hollow promotion names nine participating experiences, including Animal Hospital. The character featured for Animal Hospital is Mimic. That is a meaningful signal for fans of the game’s anomaly-focused horror, but a character teaser is not a complete event guide: it does not, by itself, confirm quests, free items, badge requirements, or how rewards will be earned.
The public date shown for The Hollow is October 22, 2026. As of this article’s October 20 check, the sources reviewed did not establish an official start time or a full reward schedule. Check the Roblox event page and the game’s own announcements on launch day rather than relying on a countdown repost that may use a different time zone.

What players can expect from Animal Hospital’s Halloween content
Animal Hospital’s separate Halloween update is being covered by creators. Recent gameplay videos show a seasonal lobby, Halloween-themed character cosmetics, and a candy-focused mini-game. These are creator-recorded demonstrations of the live build, not a substitute for official patch notes; specific item names, prices, and reward conditions should be checked in-game before spending currency.
The practical expectation is that Animal Hospital will bring its own horror identity into the wider event rather than turn into a completely different game. Players should still pay attention to suspicious patients, use the game’s normal inspection mechanics, and communicate with teammates. Do not assume every costumed visitor is safe just because a seasonal activity is active.
Five things to do before The Hollow arrives
- Update Roblox and launch Animal Hospital early. Check that the experience loads correctly before the event rush, especially on a phone or console.
- Review the in-game event panel. Read the event instructions directly. Record any stated end date, reward requirements, and whether currency is temporary.
- Keep your normal anomaly checks in the loop. Seasonal decorations do not prove that a patient is safe. Follow the actual mechanics and visual cues the game provides.
- Play with a coordinated group if possible. Agree on who checks patients, who handles treatment, and who watches for suspicious behavior.
- Capture proof of rewards as you earn them. If a badge or item matters to you, screenshot the in-game confirmation and check your inventory before leaving the server.
Will Animal Hospital offer free Hollow rewards?
That has not been confirmed by the sources checked for this article. Roblox’s lineup announcement identifies participating games and characters, but it does not provide a complete reward catalogue. A free badge, item, currency bonus, or limited cosmetic should not be described as guaranteed until an official event page or the live experience confirms it.
Be cautious with videos or social posts promising “secret codes” or guaranteed free Robux. Never enter your Roblox password on a third-party reward page, and do not install software or browser extensions to claim an event item.

How Animal Hospital fits into The Hollow
The strongest confirmed connection is the event’s named lineup and the Animal Hospital character teaser. That makes the experience worth checking if you already enjoy its co-op horror format, but it is too early to promise a specific crossover quest or reward. The public teaser points to October 22, 2026. An exact launch time was not confirmed in the sources checked for this article. Check the official Roblox event listing on the day for the latest timing.
Is Animal Hospital part of The Hollow?
Yes. Roblox’s promotional lineup names Animal Hospital among the participating experiences and features Mimic in its teaser content.
