Centric Compounding Recalls Injectable Wellness Products Over Elevated Endotoxin Levels

HOUSTON — Centric Compounding is voluntarily recalling six lots of injectable wellness products after testing found elevated endotoxin levels in an ingredient used to make them.

The recall covers certain Glutathione 200 mg/mL, Myer’s Cocktail, and Tri-Immune Boost multidose vials. Nine adverse reactions have been reported, including fever, chills, and chest pain.

Patients should stop using any recalled vials immediately, discard them, and contact their healthcare provider if they experience symptoms.

Based on the official FDA company announcement from September 2026.
